I am a Consultant General, Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary (HPB) and Hernia Surgeon in Manchester. I am the Director of The Gallstone Clinic, Hernia Clinic and Surgical Clinic, based in Manchester, UK. I am very honoured to be the President of the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland (ASGBI) and am privileged to be invited to talk about gallbladder and hernia surgery around the World and enjoy teaching the next generation of surgeons.
